1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- The product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or personal accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order items
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, stains, or odor
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Returned items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Kotton Kilos.
4. Refund Policy
- All returned items undergo a quality inspection
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the payment method used
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color, subject to stock availability
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be handled as returns under this policy
